Corset · Connector

Your exercises, ready in Corset

The Corset connector lets Claude (and soon ChatGPT) turn the exercises you were given, by a physio, doctor or trainer, from a book, or your own, into a Corset routine. You get a link that opens the routine in Corset, where you look it over and add it.

Connect it

Server URL: https://mcp.corset.app/mcp. No account and no sign-in.

In Claude: Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector, name it Corset and paste the URL above.

Use it

  1. Share your exercises in the chat: a photo of the sheet, a PDF or text. Cover your name first.
  2. Ask: “Put these exercises in Corset.”
  3. Check the routine card. On your phone, tap Open in Corset; on a computer, scan the code with your phone. Nothing is saved until you add it.

Tools

All three tools only read; none of them changes anything.

get_routine_format
How to write a Corset routine: the steps, the format and its limits, and the movements Corset animates.
find_movements
Whether an exercise on your sheet is one of Corset’s animated movements, with its steps to compare.
create_routine_link
Checks the routine the way the app will and returns the link, each exercise’s dose, which ones get an animated figure, and any warnings. Shows a routine card where the chat supports it.

Privacy

The connector keeps nothing. What the assistant sends it (the routine) is read in memory to answer that one request and then dropped: it isn’t stored, logged or shared, and there are no accounts or cookies. The routine lives only in the link you get back, and the link’s routine part never reaches our servers when you open it. Your chat itself is between you and the assistant’s company. See the privacy policy.

Safety

Corset doesn’t check routines made this way, and it gives no diagnoses or medical advice. Do the exercises as your physio or doctor told you, and stop and get advice if something hurts.
